1. Introduction
Welcome to Dash Event Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our event decor and rental services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit, PayPal.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By booking with Dash Event Studios, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.
If a chargeback is initiated, you are responsible for all associated fees and legal costs incurred in recovering the disputed amount.
Any disputes must be handled directly with Dash Event Studios before involving your financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including collections and legal action if necessary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 60% refund (minus the deposit).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Rescheduling is allowed once within 3 months at no extra charge.
4. Rental Terms
Rented items must be returned in their original condition.
Damage or loss will result in a replacement fee based on the item’s value.
Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee.
5. Venue & Setup Requirements
Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space & access for setup.
Outdoor setups require backup arrangements in case of bad weather.
6. Liability & Damages
Dash Event Studios is not responsible for injuries or damages during the event.
We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are violated.
7. Custom Decor & Digital Mockups Policy
Dash Event Studios offers custom event decor and digital mockups as an additional service to help clients visualize their event setup. By utilizing this service, clients acknowledge the following:
Conceptual Representation Only: Digital mockups are for visualization purposes and may not reflect exact final details due to venue conditions, lighting, and availability of materials.
Customization Requests: All custom decor and mockup requests must be finalized 14 days prior to the event to allow for design adjustments.
Approval Process: Clients will receive a final digital mockup for approval before decor setup. Once approved, no further modifications can be made without additional charges.
Non-Refundable Design Fee: Any fees associated with custom decor and digital mockups are non-refundable, as they cover time and resources invested in the design process.
8. Photo & Media Disclaimer
By booking with Dash Event Studios, you grant us permission to capture and use photos and videos of event setups featuring our decor and rentals. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event date. By booking with Dash Event Studios, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
